I am Symone Scott-Lewis, owner and operator of Lil Apron LLC based in Buffalo, NY.
We’re a boutique bakery that treats recipes as sacred stories passed down through generations. Flavors bring back memories. My most fond memories were of learning how to cook and bake with my parents in our home kitchen.
Lil Apron strives to bring that same wholesomeness and nostalgia I experienced learning my craft in my childhood home. From the fresh ingredients to the tried and true recipes we use, our goal is to bring joy in every bite.
